Competitor prices from autoshorts.ai and buffer.com public pricing, August 2026. Buffer bills per connected channel ($6/channel/month on its paid plan) — 9 channels ≈ $54/month; SparkSocialHq plans are flat. AutoShorts posts to TikTok and YouTube; SparkSocialHq publishes to up to 9 networks.

What does the Free plan include?

3 connected channels across any of the nine networks, Auto-Adapt, unlimited posts and scheduling, plus a monthly allowance of AI credits for refining captions and generating images. Want AI videos on Free? Rendering uses credits you buy rather than the monthly allowance — writing and editing the script is free, so you see the whole video before you pay. Top up in-app any time; plans are simply the cheaper bundle.

Will my posts or accounts be limited later?

Nothing you create on Free is taken away. Paid tiers add capacity (more connected channels, faceless AI videos, team seats, analytics) rather than removing what free had.

How does this compare to Buffer and AutoShorts?

Buffer charges per connected channel — nine channels run about $54/month; our Studio plan is a flat $10 (≈81% less). AutoShorts charges $39/month for one daily faceless video posted to two networks; Studio covers a daily Series for $10 (≈74% less) and publishes to up to nine networks. And everything starts at $0 today.

Questions, answered

What does Auto-Adapt actually change?+

You write one caption; per network we derive what's needed — a YouTube title from your first line, a Pinterest pin title from the same line, smart trims to each platform's character limit at word boundaries. Every change is shown in the composer before you post, and a manual override always wins.

Is SparkSocialHq really free?+

Yes — the Free plan includes all nine networks, unlimited scheduled posts, the ideas board, calendar and a monthly allowance of AI credits for captions and images. Rendering an AI video is the one thing that needs credits you buy: writing and editing the script is free, so you see exactly what you'd get before you pay. Top up in-app any time; bigger monthly plans are coming soon.

Which networks are supported?+

Nine today: LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pinterest — all through official APIs. The platform is built so new networks plug straight in.

What are AI credits?+

Credits pay for the AI features: refining a caption costs 1, generating an image 4, and AI videos are billed per second so a longer video simply costs more seconds. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, purchased top-ups never expire, and any failed generation is refunded automatically. On the Free plan the monthly allowance covers captions and images; video rendering comes out of credits you've bought.

Do you store my social passwords?+

Never. You connect each network through its official OAuth flow — you sign in on the network's own site and it hands us a scoped token. Those tokens are AES-256 encrypted at rest, and disconnecting deletes them immediately.

Can I customize a post per network?+

Yes. Write one main caption, then override it per network, and set network-specific options like YouTube titles and privacy, Pinterest boards, or TikTok visibility — all in one composer.

What happens if a post fails on one network?+

Each network publishes independently. If one fails (rate limit, expired token), the others still go out — and you can retry just the failed one from the calendar with a single click.

Can I manage multiple accounts per network?+

Yes — connect as many accounts per network as you need and choose which ones each post goes to.
