How SparkSocialHq handles data when you connect Instagram. This page supplements our general Privacy Policy.
Data we receive from Instagram
When you connect Instagram we use Meta's Instagram Graph API (permissions: instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish) to receive your professional account's ID, username, profile picture and an access token.
Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to publish the image and video posts you compose. We never read your DMs, followers or insights.
Meta's Privacy Policy applies (privacycenter.instagram.com). Disconnecting deletes stored tokens immediately.
