How SparkSocialHq handles data when you connect TikTok. This page supplements our general Privacy Policy.
Data we receive from TikTok
When you connect TikTok via TikTok for Developers (OAuth 2.0, scopes: user.info.basic, video.publish, video.upload) we receive your display name, avatar and open ID, plus access/refresh tokens which we encrypt at rest.
TikTok access tokens are refreshed automatically; refresh tokens are rotated and stored encrypted.
How we use TikTok data
Solely to show which TikTok account is connected and to publish the videos/photos you compose via TikTok's official Content Posting API, with the privacy level you choose in the composer.
We never access your TikTok messages, followers or watch activity. Disconnecting TikTok deletes stored tokens immediately.
Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy).
