How SparkSocialHq handles data when you connect LinkedIn. This page supplements our general Privacy Policy.

Data we receive from LinkedIn

When you connect LinkedIn we use LinkedIn's Sign In and Share products (OAuth 2.0, scopes: openid, profile, email, w_member_social) to receive your member ID, name, profile photo and email, plus an access token.

Tokens are encrypted at rest. LinkedIn access tokens last about 60 days; when they expire you simply reconnect.

How we use LinkedIn data

Solely to display which account is connected and to publish the posts you compose to your LinkedIn profile via the official LinkedIn Posts API.

We never read your LinkedIn messages, connections or feed. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens immediately.

Your use of LinkedIn remains governed by the LinkedIn User Agreement and Privacy Policy (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy).
