Additional terms that apply when you connect Facebook Page. These supplement our general Terms & Conditions.
Using SparkSocialHq with Facebook
Publishing requires a Facebook Page you manage — Meta's API does not allow posting to personal profiles. You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Terms.
Your Page role must include content creation (Full control or Content access); an Ads-only role can connect but cannot publish.
A post carries up to 10 photos or one video. Videos are transcoded by Meta and may take a few minutes to appear after publishing.
Page posts published through SparkSocialHq are attributed to your Page and remain your responsibility.
