Using SparkSocialHq with Instagram
Publishing requires an Instagram professional (business or creator) account linked to a Facebook Page — a Meta platform requirement.
Every Instagram post needs an image (JPEG) or video; Meta limits accounts to 50 API-published posts per 24 hours.
